Who are we, and what do we do?
The aim of the MCS Foundation is to support disadvantaged and underprivileged children, as well as supporting their ability to access equal learning opportunities.
Our Mission
Our core mission is to provide financial assistance to organisations, or charities, which are committed to working with disadvantaged and underprivileged children and young people, with the aim of improving their learning opportunities. This also includes financial support to provide for a child or young person’s emotional and physical wellbeing to be addressed.
By collaborating with and financially supporting
charities that work with disadvantaged and underprivileged children, we aim to
break down barriers that limit their access to equal life opportunities. Our
focus is on providing positive educational experiences that empower these
children to reach their full potential.
Our Vision
Our vision is that children and young people can access opportunities that contribute to their learning and growth, and that enable them to thrive and succeed in life.
Empowering each child or young person we support to reach their full potential emphasizes our belief that every child deserves the chance to fulfill their dreams and aspirations through learning and knowledge.
Goals & Objectives
- Enhance the existing learning opportunities for children and young people from disadvantaged or underprivileged backgrounds.
- Encourage a culture of learning and skill development among children and young people through increasing accessibility to educational opportunities.
- Collaborate with organisations and charities to provide or create initiatives which increase a child or young person’s ability to learn.
- Provide financial donations to charities or not-for-profit organisations that work with children and young people from disadvantaged or underprivileged backgrounds, with a particular focus on supporting their learning.
- Through these donations support the not-for-profit organisations or charities to fund development of technology, infrastructure, educational materials or provide financial assistance to children or young people which would enhance their ability to learn and study.
